Does Rundesk work for a solo coach and for a team of coaches?
Yes. Whether you coach on your own or have a few coaches working under you, Rundesk keeps your admin in one place. You can see every coach's calendar, bookings and payments, cancel a class, and offer make-up lessons in a few clicks.
Do I need technical skills to use Rundesk?
Not at all. We set everything up for you by hand: we take your current data, such as your programs, clients and bookings, and put it into Rundesk for you. After that, our support team is always available to help.
Can my clients book appointments online?
Yes. Clients can book instantly through your free booking website, a booking button on your site, social profiles or Google Business listing. If you need to check availability first (for example mobile lessons at clients' homes), switch to booking requests. Clients send a request, and you or your coach approve it as-is or adjust it and approve. You can also mix the two, for example instant booking for group classes and requests for private lessons.
I'm a mobile coach. Can I approve bookings before they're confirmed?
Yes. With booking requests, nothing is locked in until you approve it. Review each request, check your staff and travel, change the time or coach if needed, then approve. The client is notified automatically.
How does the free website work?
When you sign up for Rundesk, you get a free customizable website with your own domain (coach.rundesk.com.au/yourbusiness). You can add your logo, services, pricing, photos, and the booking system is fully integrated.
Is there a limit to how many bookings I can take?
No, Rundesk offers unlimited bookings on all plans. Whether you have 5 or 500 clients, the price stays the same.
Can I access Rundesk on my mobile phone?
Yes, Rundesk is optimised for mobile web, allowing you to manage your business on the go.
* How does SMS messaging work?
Messages to your clients go out by email, which is included in your plan. SMS is optional: for urgent announcements, like cancelling a class or a whole day of lessons, you can choose to send the message by SMS so it reaches parents and players faster. SMS messages are charged at 10c per SMS.
Is Rundesk available in other languages?
Yes! In addition to English, Rundesk's website and booking pages are available in Korean (한국어) and Chinese (中文). You can switch languages at any time, and your choice is remembered across the site.
